How is your property valued by James Realty?

When you want to put your property up for sale,
the first step is always the valuation.

At James Realty, we consider this step to be one of the most important. A correct evaluation of the value of a property is the prerequisite for successful marketing and a transaction that satisfies all parties.

It allows us to identify in advance the major qualities and minor defects of the property that we are going to defend to prospective buyers, to envisage several scenarios for putting the property on the market and, finally, for the selling owner to know the financial package that the sale of his property will bring him.

A successful valuation is one that takes into account objective elements such as the address, the size of the land and its orientation, the condition of the building and its living program, but also subjective elements such as the charm, the style, the personality of the house or the flat that we evaluate.

Therefore, at James Realty, we work as a team. The visit is done in pairs and then we compare our respective views and experiences as a team. Past sales, market conditions and the seller’s own schedule are also some of the elements we take into account.

Finally, at James Realty, we sometimes have slightly different opinions!

We discuss, compare our points of view, compare our experiences and seek out relevant information to defend our position: this means, for you, a thoughtful, argued, objective estimate while taking into account the sensitivities of each.

Therefore, if you wish to know
the value of your property:
